We’re so happy you’re here.
Ponderosa Park is a community of 192 five acre lots nestled in scenic Goldendale. Some of us live here full-time, others part-time, or are planning for the future. No matter your path, you’re part of something special!
A few things to know:
- We’re a volunteer run HOA that maintains 9 miles of private roads. Each lot has a road easement to allow for maintenance and snowplowing.
