Tartar Sauce

Serve this yummy sauce with crab cakes, clam cakes or any kind of fish.

Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Whisk together mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in green onions and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
