Fruit Dip

A delicious but weight friendly dip

Very Easy

Total Time:
15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 8 ounce packages of fat free cream cheese
1 16 ounce fat free sour cream
1/4 cup of Splenda (or to taste)
1 Tbsp of Almond and/or Vanilla - to taste

Directions:
Let the cream cheese sit out until it is creamy. use a mixer to blend the cheese and Splenda before adding sour cream. Add flavoring to taste. Chill and use as a dip for fresh fruit.

Cook's Notes:
This is great with tart fruit like Granny Smith apples. Recommended for "Weight Watchers"
